Herbs are several forms of herbs whose fresh or dried parts are used to season foods, provide fragrances, supply natural dyes, or make industrial or pharmaceutical products.
Dried herbs, fruits, vegetables, flowers and even foliage are all pretty useful items to have around, both for practical and ornamental purposes.

Dried vegetable have made a comeback these days, particularly the Italian versions which, after being sun dried are stored in olive oil and so offered at ludicrously high prices indeed. Vegetables which are easily sun dried include tomatoes, capsicums, chilies, mushrooms and aborigines. You should take only top quality vegetables cleaning them and cutting away any unwanted parts.
Dried Flowers, Foliage and Seed Pods

Dried flowers, foliage and seed pods are increasingly popular with floral artists who are always on the look out for something new to add to their tasteful arrangements.

All of these are dried by holding on bunches in a shaded, breezy area although some, such as the seed pods of poppies, can be left on the plants until they’re almost dry and then brought in for the final stages.
